- turtleneck.net is fiercely devoted to helping previously unpublished
writers get their work seen. In that spirit, we welcome works by both
unpublished and published writers. We cannot, however, accept works
that have been previously published in print or electronic format. We
also prefer not to accept simultaneous submissions, but we know sometimes
this is inconvenient for writers. If you send us a simultaneous submission,
please inform us promptly if it is accepted elsewhere.
